About Peter Alduino

Peter Alduino is president and founder of Bridge Group Communications, LLC.

He brings 20 years of experience and insight working, learning and teaching in the fields of leadership and management development to the design, content and facilitation of The Citizen Leader and The Citizen Leader in Action tutorials. The mission for this and all his work is to help those who are, or aspire to be, leaders to build strong bonds with the members of their organizations and communities so that together they can accomplish their worthy goals.

Over these two decades, Peter has consulted, coached, taught graduate students and led leadership seminars in business, government, the military, academia and the not-for-profit world. His audiences have included men, women and young adults, with identities and titles ranging from corporate CEO to entrepreneur to local shop owner, from sales exec to sales associate, from scientist to service industry and social worker, educator to engineer, banker to beautician, construction worker to caregiver, admiral to ensign, lawyer to legislator, from Ph.D. to M.B.A. to middle school student, and many more.  The Citizen Leader and The Citizen Leader in Action tutorials draw on the wealth and wisdom of their experience, exploration, example, struggle, success, breakdown, breakthrough and sheer determination.

Peter’s sense of mission is driven by his strong desire to help his clients enrich their own lives, while also creating great places to live and work. He is guided by these, his personal and professional values: dare to be true, do good work in service of the common good, honor others, be fair, and make choices that promote a healthy mind, body and spirit.
